The Roller Grill GES 40 bakes wafer sheets for ice-cream cones right at the point of sale. It is equipped with a grooved cast-iron mould and a wooden cone shaper — the freshly baked wafer sheet is rolled immediately after baking, while it is still pliable.
The plates are fixed, so the appliance does not need to be turned over during baking. The wafer sheet for a cone bakes in just 25 seconds, allowing cones to be prepared in batches very quickly.
