Within the Apach 700 series lineup, the APTE-77PL fry top is built for school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens, as well as foodservice operations that cook large batches on a smooth surface.
Unlike the lined APTE-47PR version, this model has a smooth cooking plate and an open stand. The heating elements deliver 8 kW on a 380 V supply, and the unit weighs 92 kg. The gently sloping plate channels grease into a removable stainless steel drawer, while splash guards help contain spatter during cooking.
Features
- Stainless steel removable drawer for grease collection.
