The Apach APTE-77PLR electric fry top is a 700 series cooking surface from the Italian manufacturer Apach, built for daily preparation of large food volumes in school, kindergarten, hospital and other institutional kitchens serving mass catering.
The cooking plate is split into two zones — one half smooth, the other half lined (ribbed) — so products requiring different frying techniques can be cooked at the same time on a single unit. The model is supplied on an open stand, the plate has a gentle slope so grease drains into a removable stainless steel drawer, while splash guards and adjustable feet improve safety and convenience in daily use.
