The AIRHOT GE-730/FG griddle replaces a traditional frying pan in the kitchens of schools, kindergartens, hospitals and other institutions that cook meat, fish, poultry and vegetables in large batches every day.
The combination cooking surface is made of stainless steel and fitted with raised edges that prevent fat from splashing, while a built-in thermostat protects the surface from overheating and lets staff set the required temperature between 50 and 300°C. The countertop unit connects to a 220 V mains supply, with a heating power of 4400 W. Overall dimensions are 730×515×245 mm, and the unit weighs 27 kg.
