The Kogast EZ-40R grilling surface is designed for school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens preparing meat, fish and vegetable dishes on a large working area. The ribbed surface creates characteristic grill marks on food and lets excess fat drain into the grease collector instead of staying on the dish.
Raised edges around the working area keep fat and juices from splashing onto the worktop. Heating is provided by tubular heating elements located beneath the surface, with a single heating zone covering the entire working area. The countertop unit connects to a three-phase 380 V supply, with the heating elements rated at 4.5 kW.
