EWT INOX EFT73-2 Combination Griddle, 4.4 kW

The EWT INOX EFT73-2 griddle is designed for cooking meat, fish and vegetable dishes in the kitchens of educational and healthcare institutions that prepare large volumes of hot food every day. The cooking surface is combined — part smooth, part ribbed — allowing different types of food to be cooked on the same unit at the same time.

The surface is made from a solid sheet of stainless steel and divided into two independent heating zones, so the temperature of each section can be set separately depending on the dish. Rims around the perimeter prevent grease from splashing, and fat collected during cooking drains into a grease tray. The large surface area allows large portions to be cooked at once, which is convenient when preparing meals for many people. The griddle serves as an alternative to traditional frying pans and connects to a standard 220 V mains supply.
