The Kogast EZT47PJ frying surface is stationary heating equipment for frying on a smooth stainless steel surface. It is used in kitchens of schools, kindergartens, hospitals and other institutions for cooking large batches of food.
The 390×520 mm work surface has a single heating zone and is made of stainless steel. The unit is installed on an open floor-standing base. Power is 6 kW at 380 V, with an electric connection.
