The Kogast EZT47PL frying top is professional heating equipment for cooking on a smooth work surface — frying meat, fish, vegetables and other products in large volumes. It suits kitchens of schools, kindergartens, hospitals and other institutions with organized meal service.
The smooth work surface is made of cast iron and withstands a maximum operating temperature of up to 300°C. The unit is floor-standing with a stainless steel body. A power rating of 6000 W (6 kW) at 380 V provides even heating across the whole surface.
