The HURAKAN HKN-PSL550 frying surface is a countertop unit with a smooth cooking plate for the kitchens of schools, kindergartens, hospitals and foodservice businesses with limited kitchen space.
The smooth plate, sized 550×430 mm, suits burger patties, cutlets, fried eggs, cheese pancakes, pancakes, toast and chopped vegetables — anything that needs even contact with the plate across the whole surface. The unit weighs just 15.8 kg — the lightest frying surface in the HURAKAN range covered here, easy for one person to relocate.
