The HURAKAN HKN-PSLR730 frying surface is a countertop unit with a combined cooking plate: one half smooth, one half ribbed. It is designed for the kitchens of schools, kindergartens, hospitals and foodservice businesses running a varied menu.
The smooth section suits eggs, pancakes, cutlets, burger patties, cheese and vegetables that need even contact with the plate across the whole surface. The ribbed section suits steaks, chicken fillet and fish, where a defined sear pattern and fat drainage matter. Both zones operate simultaneously and independently, letting staff cook different menu items without switching the unit. Power output is 4.4 kW at 220 V, and the working plate is 730 mm wide.
