The Piramit P-7300 griddle is electric cooking equipment with an extended smooth surface and two independent heating zones. It is built for the kitchens of schools, kindergartens, hospitals and other institutions with centralised catering that need to prepare large volumes of food for many people every day.
The body is made of stainless steel. The unit has five main parts: the body, the griddle surface, a grease collection tray, an automatic thermostat and a signal lamp. The griddle surface is smooth and made of ST37-grade steel. Unlike the smaller models in the range, the P-7300 has two heating elements and two thermostats, allowing independent temperature control across different sections of the cooking surface. The removable grease tray simplifies frying and cleanup. Each thermostat automatically switches its heating element on when the temperature drops and off once the target value is reached, saving energy. The signal lamp lights up while the heating elements are running.
