The Piramit P-7400 griddle plate is designed for frying patties, pancakes, vegetables and other dishes in large batches at school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens, as well as other mass-catering facilities. Its 800×450 mm cooking surface allows many portions to be prepared at once.
The unit consists of five main parts: the body, the griddle plate, a removable grease tray, an automatic thermostat and an indicator lamp. The body is made of stainless steel, while the smooth cooking surface is made of ST37-grade steel. The removable tray collects fat and oil that drain off during frying, making the unit easier to clean. The thermostat automatically maintains the set surface temperature and switches the heater on only when needed, saving electricity.
