The Orest EO(c)-1 convection oven is a compact model for kitchens of schools, kindergartens and hospitals that cook in a single shift and don't need the capacity of a two- or three-chamber unit. Even convection heat distribution suits roasting meat, fish and vegetables as well as baking.
The body is made of 1 mm stainless steel. The chamber has universal guide rails for GN 1/1 pans or 600×400 mm trays across 3 levels spaced 85 mm apart, with a 530×325 mm stainless steel rack included. Working temperature reaches 300°C. The unit can run on either a 220 V or 380 V supply, with heating elements rated at 3.6 kW. Overall height is 640 mm, and it weighs 65 kg.
