The Orest EO(c)-2 convection oven is designed for roasting, baking and reheating food in kitchens of schools, kindergartens, hospitals and other institutions that prepare large batches of hot meals every day. Two independent chambers let kitchen staff run two batches at different temperatures at the same time, or cook meat and vegetable dishes in parallel without mixing odors.
The oven body is made of 1 mm stainless steel. Each of the two chambers has universal guide rails for GN 1/1 pans or 600×400 mm trays, with 3 levels per chamber spaced 85 mm apart — 2×3 levels in total. Two 530×325 mm stainless steel racks are included. Working temperature reaches 300°C, and the unit runs on a 380 V supply with a combined output of 2×3.6 kW. Overall height is 1100 mm, and it weighs 110 kg.
