The Orest EO(c)-3 convection oven is built for kitchens with a heavy daily workload — large schools, hospitals or catering combines serving several institutions at once. Three independent chambers let staff cook three batches of food in parallel, saving time during peak hours such as breakfast, lunch or distribution of therapeutic meals.
The body is made of 1 mm stainless steel. Each of the three chambers has universal guide rails for GN 1/1 pans or 600×400 mm trays, with 3 levels per chamber spaced 85 mm apart — 3×3 levels in total, and three 530×325 mm stainless steel racks are included. Working temperature reaches 300°C. The unit runs on a 380 V supply with a combined heating output of 3×3.6 kW. Overall height is 1560 mm, and it weighs 150 kg.
