The Garcia de Pou 15520 disposable chef hat is a CLASSIC-line model (Clásico ajustable) sized 26 cm — the mid-size option between the 23 cm (15516) and 31 cm (15524) versions of the same range. It is made from AIRLAID nonwoven material.
