The Bisetti Roma 6154MST salt mill is made by the Italian manufacturer Bisetti, standing 420 mm tall with a brown body. Paired with the matching pepper mill from the same line, it forms a two-piece set for table service in dining halls, buffets and serving lines of educational, healthcare and other institutions, where salt and pepper are offered to guests or staff separately from the finished dish.
The body is made of natural beech wood, a material traditionally used for kitchen and tableware items for its strength and safe contact with food. The Roma line's look is inspired by the classical architecture of Italy: a restrained cylindrical shape without excess decoration suits both classic and modern dining room settings. Mills designed for salt use a ceramic grinding mechanism, a material resistant to the corrosion that salt causes in metal parts. The Roma range includes several sizes and two body colors, so mills can be matched to the scale of a given room, from a small buffet counter to a large dining hall with several serving areas.
