The APS 11763 napkin holder is a chrome-plated tabletop accessory designed for 50 quarter-folded napkins. It is made by the German company Assheuer + Pott GmbH & Co. KG; the series is called Serviettenhalter WIRE.
The chrome finish resembling stainless steel is combined with a wire-frame construction, and the included clamp bar keeps the stack of napkins even and prevents it from falling apart during heavy use at a serving counter.
