The APS 11778 napkin holder is a compact tabletop accessory made of 18/8 stainless steel, holding about 20 napkins. It is made by the German company Assheuer + Pott GmbH & Co. KG; the official series name is Serviettenhalter.
The holder has a matte-polished surface, and its underside has a furniture-protective coating that guards the tabletop against scratches when the item is moved around. Unlike the wire-frame WIRE-series models, this holder has no clamp bar.
