On serving lines in school, kindergarten and hospital dining halls, a tidy presentation of dishes matters almost as much as the food itself. The APS STAR 33262 buffet stand is made exactly for this purpose: it raises a plate, bowl or tray above counter level, creating a neat composition on the serving line and saving space on the buffet.
The stand is made of metal with a black finish and features a non-slip rubber base underneath — this keeps it firmly in place even when staff move quickly during a busy breakfast or lunch service. The metal surface wipes clean of food residue easily and withstands daily washing, which matters for kitchens in schools, kindergartens and hospitals where equipment hygiene standards are especially strict.
