The BRILLIS square display dish, 240×240×100 mm, sits in the middle of the square dish range and suits full portions of main courses, side dishes or salads on serving lines in school, kindergarten and hospital canteens. Its larger surface compared to the smaller size holds more food at once, reducing how often the display needs refilling.
Made of black melamine, the dish has a bowl depth of 100 mm and overall dimensions of 240×240×100 mm. The extra depth suits dishes served with sauce or gravy, while the black colour is a common choice on serving lines since it does not distort how the food's own colour is perceived.
