BRILLIS Square Display Dish 300×300×125 mm, art. 509

The BRILLIS square display dish, 300×300×125 mm, is the largest size in the brand's square dish range, designed for large portions, combined side dishes or salads on serving lines in school, kindergarten and hospital canteens serving many people at once. Its generous surface and depth mean the display needs refilling less often during a shift.

The dish is made of black melamine, with a bowl depth of 125 mm and overall dimensions of 300×300×125 mm. This depth suits dishes with a larger amount of sauce or gravy, and the consistent black background shows off the food to good effect at a self-service counter.

Features

• Largest square format in the range, for large portions and group serving.
• 125 mm bowl depth holds a substantial amount of sauced food.
• Black colour that does not distort the look of the displayed food.
• Melamine withstands daily washing in a kitchen facility.
• Compact square shape with no protruding edges, easy to store.
• Suited to regular use in educational and healthcare institutions with high visitor traffic.
