The BRILLIS presentation tray, 350×180×20 mm, has an elongated rectangular shape suited to arranging sliced cheese, cold cuts, baked goods or canapés in a single row along a buffet counter or serving table in a school, kindergarten or hospital dining hall. The shallow 20 mm depth keeps food clearly visible and easy to serve from.
Made of black melamine, the tray looks similar to ceramic or porcelain, which keeps the display neat and presentable even in a busy daily kitchen routine. The material is hard and resistant to scratching and abrasion, and it withstands impacts as well as contact with acidic or alkaline food residues.
