The BRILLIS presentation tray, 430×250×20 mm, has the largest surface area in the presentation tray range, suited to laying out generous portions of sliced food, baked goods or a festive spread for buffet events at educational and healthcare institutions. Its spacious rectangular field means less frequent rearranging of food during service.
The tray is made of black melamine, styled to resemble ceramic or porcelain, so it looks neat on both everyday and festive tables. The hard, crack-resistant material withstands impacts as well as contact with acidic and alkaline residues from food.
