The Araven 00289 is a GN 1/1 display case for presenting food at the serving line of school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens, and other facilities with organised catering. Larger than the GN 1/2 version, it is built for displaying and storing bigger batches of food.
The lid works as a separate container: once food is covered, it can be moved straight to storage without transferring it into another dish. The tray is made of SAN plastic, known for its high transparency, so the contents remain clearly visible on the display or in the fridge.
