The Martellato Heart 3D praline mould 20-3D5001 is designed for making chocolate pralines shaped as a wiggly heart — for pastry kitchens and catering sections of schools, kindergartens and hospitals, as well as cafes and restaurants preparing their own desserts.
The mould is made of transparent polycarbonate and consists of a magnetic base and lid plus a perforated plate for levelling the mould after pouring the chocolate. Each cycle produces 28 pralines measuring 31×27 mm with a height of 21 mm.
