The Martellato Open Sphere 3D praline mould 20-3D2002 is designed for making spherical chocolate pralines — for pastry kitchens and catering sections of schools, kindergartens and hospitals, as well as cafes, restaurants and confectioneries producing their own chocolates.
The mould is made of transparent polycarbonate and consists of three parts — a base and a lid joined by magnets that hold the 3D praline shape while pouring the chocolate, and a perforated plate for quickly levelling the mould after removing excess chocolate. Each cycle produces 28 pralines measuring 26×26 mm with a height of 26 mm.
