The Martellato Fantasy Sphere 3D mould with recess 20-3D2003 is designed for making spherical chocolate pralines with a decorative recess — for pastry kitchens and catering sections of schools, kindergartens and hospitals, as well as cafes, restaurants and confectioneries producing their own chocolates.
The mould is made of transparent polycarbonate; the construction includes a magnetic base and lid plus a perforated plate for quickly levelling the mould after pouring the chocolate. Each cycle produces 28 pralines measuring 26×26 mm with a height of 26 mm.
