The Martellato Classic MA1019 praline mould is designed for casting handmade chocolates in the kitchens of pastry sections at school, kindergarten and hospital canteens, as well as cafes and restaurants producing their own desserts.
The mould is made of polycarbonate, which withstands repeated use, holds its shape well when releasing finished pieces, and gives the pralines a smooth glossy surface. It has 40 cavities arranged in an 8×5 grid, letting pastry chefs cast pralines in batches.
