The Martellato Rocket chocolate mould MA1037 is a polycarbonate mould for making rocket-shaped chocolate pralines. It is used in pastry sections of cafes and restaurants, as well as school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens preparing their own desserts.
The mould is made of transparent polycarbonate in Italy and is suitable for One-Shot machines. It has 40 cavities (8×5 layout) of Ø29×21 mm each, with an approximate finished praline weight of ≈8 g; the mould itself weighs 0.505 kg.
