The ARCOS 2900 Pastry Spatula 299125 with a black handle and rounded tip is made for smoothing icing, transferring dough and working with pastry mixtures in the kitchens of cafés, restaurants, bakeries, and school or hospital catering facilities. The elongated 250 mm blade makes it easy to spread coatings evenly over cakes and desserts.
The blade is made of Nitrum® stainless steel, and the polypropylene (PP) handle is permanently joined to it by direct injection. The tool is NSF certified and complies with the Bactiproof system, confirming its suitability for professional kitchen hygiene standards.
