The ARCOS 2900 Pastry Spatula 299225 is an elongated spatula with a rounded tip from the Spanish brand ARCOS, designed for working with creams, dough and pastries in institutional kitchens: school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens, pastry shops, cafés and restaurants. Built for professionals, it is comfortable for prolonged use.
The blade is made of NITRUM® stainless steel, Arcos' proprietary material valued for its strength and wear resistance. The injected polypropylene handle is permanently joined to the blade by direct injection.
