The handle contains a liquid heat-conducting filling: warmth from the hand transfers to the blade, giving a smooth scooping action and easy release even with rock-hard, freezer-cold ice cream. The scoop cuts quickly and cleanly through even the hardest ice cream and works equally well for right- and left-handed users. The non-stick coating won't bend or corrode.
