The Paderno 41469-24 non-stick ice cream scoop cuts smooth, evenly round scoops of ice cream, sorbet or gelato, and also works for shaping round balls of cookie dough — a compact tool for the dessert station in school, kindergarten and hospital canteens, as well as other foodservice operations.
The handle contains a liquid heat-conducting filling: warmth from the hand transfers to the blade, giving a smooth scooping action and easy release even with rock-hard, freezer-cold ice cream. The scoop cuts quickly and cleanly through even the hardest ice cream and works equally well for right- and left-handed users. The non-stick coating won't bend or corrode. The head diameter is 50 mm, internal diameter is 50 mm, portion volume is 0.04 L, and the item weighs 150 g. Hand-wash is recommended.
