The Martellato PR40X60 cooling and icing grid is used in the pastry sections of school, kindergarten and hospital canteens, as well as cafes and restaurants, for glazing pastries and cooling baked goods straight out of the oven.
The grid is made of stainless steel and stands on high legs that raise the piece above the work surface, letting icing drip away freely while hot bakes cool evenly on all sides. It withstands high temperatures and is dishwasher safe.
