The Martellato PDM 3/4 decorating comb scraper is a pastry tool used to create patterns on the surface of chocolate, icing or sponge products. Drawing the toothed edge of the comb across a layer of chocolate or cream leaves even wavy or straight lines used to finish cakes, pastries and chocolate decorations.
The comb is made of plastic and rubber and features a double pattern — two differently shaped toothed edges on the same tool, allowing two types of pattern to be produced without switching tools. This is convenient in a pastry kitchen where several kinds of decoration are prepared at once.
Features
- Double pattern — two toothed edges on one comb.
- Made of plastic and rubber.
- Designed for decorating chocolate and sponge products.
- Compact size, easy to use with one hand.
- Supplied as 1 piece.
