The HENDI 554432 is a set of three trapezoidal dough scrapers for handling dough and cream in institutional kitchens: school, kindergarten and hospital catering facilities, bakeries, cafés and restaurants. The trapezoidal shape makes portioning, levelling and lifting dough off the work surface easier.
The scrapers are made of polypropylene (PP) — a lightweight, flexible material resistant to food acids. The smooth edge does not damage countertops or moulds, and the compact size lets a cook hold the scraper comfortably with one hand during busy service.
