The Martellato rectangular dough cutter 135×105 mm 50RAS1 is designed for working with dough and confectionery preparations — dividing, trimming and levelling dough in pastry kitchens, cafes and restaurants, as well as catering facilities of schools, kindergartens and hospitals.
The blade is made of stainless steel, 0.40 mm thick, with rounded edges — safe to hold and gives a clean, even cut without damaging the work surface. The handle is ergonomic plastic, comfortable for extended use.
