The Martellato RD150 scraper is a larger-size tool from the Italian manufacturer for working with dough and chocolate. It is used in the pastry sections of bakeries, cafes and restaurants, as well as in school, kindergarten and hospital canteens preparing baked goods in larger volumes.
The tool is made entirely of stainless steel: a straight, rectangular blade for trimming and portioning dough is paired with a round handle for a confident grip.
