The Paderno 47621-08 decorative pastry scraper is designed for bakery and pastry production in the kitchens of schools, kindergartens, hospitals and foodservice businesses. A pack of 10 scrapers equips several pastry cooks' workstations at once and is convenient for quick replacement without stopping production.
Each scraper has two working edges: a serrated (wavy) edge for decorating creams and icing and giving cakes and desserts a textured finish, and a smooth edge for working with dough — cutting, trimming and lifting it off the worktop when baking bread products.
