The HENDI Kitchen Line 588369 cream whipper is a kitchen tool from the Dutch brand HENDI for quickly preparing whipped cream, mousses, foams and light sauces in institutional catering: school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens, cafés and restaurants. The compact 0.5 L capacity is convenient for portioned dessert service.
The head is made of aluminium, and the bottle is white-coated aluminium. The device runs on N₂O cream chargers, which are not included and must be purchased separately. It is not suitable for hot sauces, bain-marie, dishwasher or microwave use.
