The Martellato 1H5X18 round cake band, Ø180 mm and H50 mm, is used for baking and freezing modern cakes and desserts in kitchens of pastry workshops, cafes, restaurants, as well as school, kindergarten and hospital canteens.
The band is made of stainless steel with a capacity of 1272 ml (approximately 1300 ml per the manufacturer's catalogue). It belongs to Martellato's 50 mm-high round band series, created with pastry chef Franck Haasnoot, and is suitable for both oven baking and freezing finished desserts.
