The Martellato 5H4X12 square cake mould (122×122×40 mm) is a stainless steel AISI 304 band for baking and freezing confectionery in the kitchens of pastry sections, cafes, restaurants and catering facilities of institutions.
The band is made of AISI 304 stainless steel, resistant to oven temperatures and freezing, allowing it to be used both for baking sponge cakes and for shaping mousse cakes in the freezer. Capacity is approximately 595 ml (rounded to 600 ml in the manufacturer's catalogue).
