The Martellato 5H4X14 square stainless steel cake band, 142×142 mm with a height of 40 mm, is used for shaping square cakes, mousse desserts and pastries — in kitchens and pastry sections of school, kindergarten and hospital canteens, as well as cafes and restaurants preparing their own baked goods.
The band is made of AISI 304 stainless steel with a 1 mm wall thickness — food-safe, oven-safe and freezer-safe, suitable for repeated use. Capacity is 807 ml.
