The Martellato 5H4X16 square cake mould (162×162×40 mm) is a larger stainless steel AISI 304 band for baking and freezing larger cakes in pastry sections, cafes, restaurants and catering facilities of institutions.
The AISI 304 material withstands both oven temperatures and freezing, so the mould is suitable for baking sponge layers as well as assembling mousse cakes in the freezer. Capacity is approximately 1050 ml (rounded to 1000 ml in the manufacturer's catalogue).
