The Martellato 5H4X20 cake band is a square pastry ring from the Italian manufacturer for baking and shaping cakes and modern desserts. It suits pastry sections of cafes, restaurants and bakeries, as well as school and kindergarten kitchens preparing baked goods for their own needs.
The band is made of AISI 304 stainless steel, polished, with a wall thickness of 1 mm. It is suitable both for baking in the oven and for freezing desserts.
