The Martellato 5H5X14 cake band is a square pastry ring from the Italian manufacturer with an increased height, made for baking cakes, cheesecakes and modern desserts. It suits pastry sections of cafes, restaurants and bakeries, as well as school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens preparing their own baked goods.
The band is made of corrosion-resistant AISI 304 stainless steel and is suitable both for baking in the oven and for freezing finished desserts.
