The Martellato square cake band 182×182×H50 mm 5H5x18 is designed for baking sponge layers and freezing blanks for cakes and desserts — in pastry kitchens, cafes and restaurants, as well as catering facilities of schools, kindergartens and hospitals.
The band is a bottomless square ring made of AISI 304 stainless steel with a polished surface. The metal thickness is 1 mm. It withstands both baking and freezing of prepared blanks.
