In pastry sections of school, kindergarten and hospital catering kitchens, as well as cafes and restaurants, metal nozzles are used with a pastry bag to decorate cakes and pastries with cream. One of them is the Martellato BC324 — a closed star nozzle with a 6 mm outlet.
The nozzle body is made of stainless steel with no welded joints, which ensures even cream flow and a durable product. With a 25 mm body diameter and 44 mm height, it produces a neat, medium-sized star pattern suitable for decorating with cream, whipped topping or mousse.
