The Martellato basket-weave piping nozzle Ø27 mm BD302 is designed for use with a pastry bag (sac à poche) in kitchens and pastry sections of catering facilities — school, kindergarten and hospital canteens, as well as cafes and restaurants that prepare their own baked goods and desserts.
The nozzle is made of 18/10 stainless steel using a seamless forming process, with no welded joints, ensuring uniform product outflow and high strength. The pleated border creates a raised basket-weave texture pattern, used for decorating cakes and other confectionery.
